Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

Our current practice

GroupA LLC does not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Submitting an opt-out request

Even though our default practice is not to sell or share personal information, California residents may submit an opt-out request at any time. We will honor it on a forward-looking basis if our practices change.

  • Email info@groupainc.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share Request.”
  • Send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser. We treat the GPC signal as a valid opt-out request from California residents for the sale or sharing of personal information.
  • Authorized agents may submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and may require you to verify your identity directly.

What happens after you submit a request

We will process your request without requiring you to create an account, will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and will respond within the timeframes required by law. If we cannot verify the request or it is manifestly unfounded, we will explain why.
